Berries Millefeuille Cake

Three layers of buttery flaky puff pastry with vanilla bean whipped custard cream and lots of fresh berries (strawberries and blueberries). Add on raspberries available. It's fresh, crispy and not too sweet but just enough for the sweet tooth. Classic take on the French sweet treat.

Size 6inch diameter, 3 layers. Suitable for 8-10pax.
