Combining the best flavours of our Banoffee Pie into an elevated look of St Honore french pastry cake.

A St Honore cake, traditionally combines choux pastry on a tart base with piped whipped cream. Here we use bananas, toffee, vanilla bean creme patissiere, almond dacquoise and whipped mascarpone and a light dusting of coffee to make into an elegant Banoffee Tart.
