Why we are proud of our canelés: they are baked in pure copper moulds lined with organic beeswax and butter, creating a crunchy caramelised crust outside that is essential for a good Canelé. Our caneles are made with our Tahitensis Vanilla Bean pods that’s matured for 48 hours for maximum deeper flavour of vanilla beans.
