The story of That Last Slice

Hi! I'm Aishah, the owner of That Last Slice. We are a small cake / pastry shop situated upstairs in SS15 Subang Jaya. 

I started this small business at home back in September 2009. I have always loved baking, it is like a therapy for me. What was intended as a side income business, it grew tremendously thanks to our crowd favourite, particularly our Velvet Rouge Cake.

 Since then, my love for french pastry grew, I wanted to pursue my skills further. I attended an advanced pastry course and focused to develop more french pastry style cakes using local ingredients. Our business grew from just a one-man show to a team of dedicated bakers and promising pastry chefs. What stick with us through the years are dedication and our passion for the best quality ingredients and taste. 

Today, we have a small space for a cafe that we could display our special creations. We still take whole cake orders online (our core business since Day One) and also we produce special festive season cookies.

Store hours: Open 11am to 6pm, Tuesdays to Sundays.

Closed on Mondays.
